4 egg whites
A
4 egg yolks
1/2C sugar
1/8tsp salt
1/2C rum
2C whipping cream
fresh nutmeg
Beat whites stiff
Beat A until thick and light yellow. Stir in rum. Fold into stiff cream; fold in whites.
CHILL
Serve with fresh nutmeg grated over top.
